With the best will in the world, sometimes when your jewellery arrives and you see it "in the flesh", it's not quite what you expected, or it isn't the right size, or you may have simply changed your mind. That's no problem,

full 30 day money back guarantee
on all its products. This even covers earrings, which many other jewellers won't take back (we generally discard returned earrings, or replace the posts).

However we would ask that you follow the procedures below so that we can refund your payment as quickly as possible.

1. When your jewellery arrived, you should also have received a returns form on the reverse of the delivery note. Please tick the box indicating your reason for returning the jewellery - this is simply to help us identify the problem and does not affect your refund in any way. If the form is not available, please email us first at returns@jewellerynow.co.uk or phone us on

08700 466 420 and we will give you additional information for returning your jewellery.

2. Replace the jewellery in its gift box and put this in suitably protective outer packing. Note - if you are returning an item for exchange (e.g. a ring for one of a different size), you need not return the giftbox, but please ensure the item is well protected.  The address to return your jewellery to is:

3.Prior to posting your item, please use the enclosed certificate of posting form for obtaining a proof of posting from your post office free of charge. If the form is no longer available, your post office can supply one. Please note that in the event of your returned jewellery not being received, no refund can be made unless a post office franked proof of posting can be provided. If the returned item cost more than £75 please use special delivery within the UK. Equivalent services should be used if posting from outside the UK. JewelleryNow will reimburse these additional costs only if prior authorisation has been given by email or letter, such authorisation is normally given only in the event of faulty merchandise.

4. Once we receive your returned jewellery, we will promptly refund the credit or debit card that was used to purchase the item. Unless your original payment was by cheque, we are unable to refund in any other way as this transaction is done for us by Protx. (Click here for more info on Protx).
